A purpose-built office designed to grow with its tenant.
Completed in 2016, this purpose-built commercial facility was designed and constructed by Greenstar Properties, with ARCO Group occupying the building as its primary tenant ever since. From the outset, the project was about creating more than a workplace, it needed to be a flexible foundation capable of evolving alongside ARCO Group’s business.
Since completion, the office has been upgraded to include three meeting rooms, five breakout spaces, two kitchens, an executive suite, a training room and a spacious open-plan office designed to support collaboration and productivity. The result is a multi-level workspace that continues to adapt to ARCO Group’s changing needs, now accommodating three separate business entities under one roof. This project highlights Greenstar Properties’ ability to deliver high-quality commercial buildings from the ground up. Combining innovative design, superior craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail to create workplaces that stand the test of time.
