Roofing Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of metal roofing, cladding and rainwater products, providing high-quality roofing systems for projects across New Zealand. Greenstar Properties was honoured to be entrusted with delivering their new Whangārei facility, working closely with the client to deliver a purpose-built land and build package.
The project included a 2,420m² warehouse space, 300m² office area and a drive-through logistics bay, completed in just 12 months. This custom-designed build allows Roofing Industries to operate with increased efficiency, streamlined manufacturing workflows and a higher level of customer experience, ultimately reflecting the value of tailored industrial design and build solutions that support both performance today and growth into the future.
